I was told the “perfect” investment for me was their “Principal Accumulator” account that would provide me with a low-risk fixed return, liquidity and principal preservation. I was told that because of its conservative nature it was perfect for those desiring consistent growth while providing an income.
Please go to www.uscapmgmt.com and look click on the header “Products” and you will see this offering. U.S. Capital Management, Inc. then signed a promissory note giving me a fixed annual income. They paid me this fixed amount for a period of time. Some of the income I left with them to grow my account.
The last amount I withdrew was on May 1st for $3,000. After that withdrawal, I had $256,078.97 in my account according to what they told me. Since then they have refused to pay anything saying only that my money was being delayed for reasons I do not understand.
I have now found out that my money was placed with Tim DuBose, the Founder and President of IntegrityFX and his team Luke Coleman,Director of Research IntegrityFX Patrick Patterson Administer of Education IntegrityFX (www.integrityfx.com ).
Right on the front page of IntegrityFX there is this statement: Online Forex Trading is one of the riskiest forms of investment available, and is not suitable for all traders.
Toby Smith through his Inland Advisors Group, Inc. has a credo in their paperwork that says: “Changing the Landscape of Retirement.” The other company, U.S. Capital Management, Inc. has a credo that says: Performance with Integrity.

Toby Smith and his companies seem to be sharing in:
- Client Rebate – they may charge clients up to 1 pip per trade. This compensation is paid regardless of performance.
- Management Fee – they may charge up to 2% per year or .167 per month of the net equity of the account. This fee is charged to the client regardless of account performance.
- Performance Fee – they may charge up to 50% of the profit. This fee is only paid when a profit is produced on the client’s behalf.
- I was never told of this VERY RISKY placement of my $256,078.97 by Toby Smith or anyone of his people (Janet M. Carriger or Sabrina Munday) or anyone else at his two companies (U.S. Capital Management, Inc. or Inland Advisors Group, Inc.)
